The Allianz Internal Communications team are currently seeking an Internal Communications Manager to support a six-month project, with significant commercial and people change components.
About the role
You will play a significant role within a newly stood up project team, demonstrating creativity, versatility and significant experience in complex change environments. Develop strategic and operational communication plans to engage employees in a major project. Provide communication advice to senior management that aligns with project vision and best practices. Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to understand requirements and develop communication activities. Execute communication plans to deliver consistent and meaningful messages across Allianz's internal channels. About you
Extensive experience in external and marketing communications roles. Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills. Advanced consulting and influencing skills for co-creating strategies with stakeholders. Proven expertise in digital marketing and strategic communications planning. Adjustments and support
