About The Role Gather and analyse customer experience centre data to uncover trends, areas for growth, and root causes of performance challenges. Creatively design and implement initiatives to enhance performance, guided by data insights, for agents, leaders, and teams both locally and globally. Seamlessly integrate a supportive coaching program into CEC operations, ensuring leaders are aligned and the team is thriving. Continuously monitor and refine initiatives to ensure their effectiveness, while nurturing skills and identifying growth opportunities within the CEC. Collaborate to design intuitive performance dashboards, embed training into daily routines, and align strategies with overarching business goals. About You Skilled in nurturing customer experience with over 5-7 years of leadership in similar environments. Passionate about fostering growth through designing and implementing performance improvement initiatives. Adept at interpreting complex information and crafting insightful, meaningful decisions. Proficient in utilizing technology, systems, and processes to enhance claims operations. Communicates with clarity and influence, effectively engaging stakeholders and senior management.
