What's the role on offer?
Based onsite, this role involves delivering engineering training courses to Alliance Airlines staff, partners, and customers.
The Engineering Instructor will play a pivotal role in ensuring training delivery meets desired learning outcomes while adhering to company safety, security, and procedural standards.
Key Responsibilities Include: Prepare and conduct Aircraft B1/B2 Type theory and practical courses for targeted audiences.
Develop and deliver specialized aircraft engineering training such as Engine Ground Running, General Familiarisation, and task-specific courses.
Provide associated training, including Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, and compliance courses under Part 145 and Part 42.
Maintain expertise in current aviation industry trends and advancements.
Foster strong working relationships with management, staff, and peers to enhance collaboration.
Ensure compliance with Alliance Airlines' Corporate Safety Manual, OH&S regulations, and promote safety reporting through the SMS.

Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate will have qualifications and experience in aviation engineering training and a thorough understanding of aviation compliance.
You will be passionate about delivering high-quality training and committed to maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Your skills and experience will include: Qualifications in adult education, such as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
Possession of or credits toward an Embraer E190 B1/B2 license (highly desirable).
Recent experience delivering engineering-related training courses, with strong knowledge of CASR Parts 145 and 147.
Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Advanced computing skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Teams, with strong attention to detail.
Experience with Embraer E190 and Fokker F70/100 aircraft is highly desirable.
