This significant and prestigious role is expected to lead and conduct cutting-edge research that advances the understanding of Equity and Trusts across the world, contributing to the faculty's reputation for excellence and its commitment to addressing contemporary legal challenges.
The appointee will play a key role in building community and collaboration at Melbourne Law School, helping to nurture the next generation of private law scholars.

A good first degree in law
