Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Tax Accountant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities Preparation of BAS, IAS, and tax returns for individuals, companies, partnerships, and trusts. Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Australian accounting standards. Division 7A, CGT and FBT Calculations. Provide clients with tax planning & business advice to optimise tax outcomes. Ensure compliance with ATO regulations and guidelines. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive and responsive service. Preferred Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting. At least 2 years of recent work experience in a public practice. Proficiency in Xero, Handisoft, Excel. Experience in business advisory services is highly favourable (business coaching, cash flow forecasts, management reports, business plans etc). Excellent analytical & problem solving skills. Strong communication & organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team and meet deadlines.
