All Rounder Barista Position

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate All rounder barista to join the team at Miss Milly's espresso in Annerley, QLD 4103. This is a part-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating high-quality coffee beverages.
What you'll be doing Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee, tea, smoothies and utilising the grill for toasties etcProviding excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experienceMaintaining a clean and organised work environmentAssisting with food preparation and general cafe duties as neededAdhering to all health, safety and hygiene standardsWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role within the hospitality industryExcellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a teamStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standardsFlexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environmentFor this part time position we require availability 6 days per week, excluding Sundays. Approx 20 hours per week. Can work around school hours!What we offer
