The role is located in beautiful, tropical Cairns QLD.
The following information sets out our requirements: Mac and Android phone repair experience Mac and Windows tablet and computer repair experience gained in a busy workshop/business Operating systems experience with Mac and Android phones Operating systems experience with Mac and Windows tablets and computers Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing, with an emphasis on dealing empathically with clients who present with broken devices and anger issues at times.
Capable of turning tense situations around into win-win outcomes The capacity to mentor new starters and lead them to develop strong technical skills over time.
