The Role: We are seeking All Round Mobile Plant Operators with the ability to operate Dozers, Diggers, and Graders skillfully in narrow and challenging environments. Ideally, candidates should have past experience in gold production work. Our fleet consists of Komatsu PC1250's & PC2000, Komatsu D375, and a John Deer grader. The successful applicant must have a solid work history in production mining, a strong safety focus, and be aligned with our vision and values.
This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie on an 8:6 | 7:7 DS / NS rotating roster.
Key accountabilities will include: Operating the equipment in a safe and efficient manner.Following instructions from supervisors and superintendents regarding work scope and Aurenne's code of conduct.Meeting personal safety KPI's.Working as part of a team in a dynamic environment, across all machines.Requirements: Essential 3 years' experience operating a variety of Komatsu mobile plant equipment.Valid Australian Drivers Licence.National Police Clearance - current or willing to obtain.Gold Open pit experience.Full Australian working rights.Ability to maintain fitness for work, and pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol assessment.If you have the relevant experience, please apply NOW for immediate consideration.
