About the job: We are seeking a Strategic Marketing Planning & Insights Manager for the SEA & Oceania region. This role involves facilitating the overall planning process within a Cluster/Sales company, ensuring all functions participate and data is interpreted strategically to extract key business implications. You will be a vital part of the Marketing team and represent the Marketing function in the Oceania Sales Company Management Team.
Key Responsibilities: On Oceania level Part of Oceania Management team Manage cross-functional activities for Oceania Market with Content & Communication, Commercial Excellence, and Digital Sale Marketing teams to achieve deliverables. Lead collaboration with other excellence areas to align priorities with the strategic business plan and insights. Represent marketing during Oceania management meetings. On Cluster level (SEA & Oceania) Part of Cluster Marketing Management team Initiate and manage the strategic business plan process across the cluster, including scheduling checkpoint reviews and progress updates. Translate business plans into strategic marketing plans and develop divisional marketing plans with clear priorities. Conduct market, competitor, and customer intelligence analysis based on business plan priorities. Develop specific market analyses (BD Booster, Deep-dives, etc.) according to the needs of the Sales Company/Cluster. Prepare and manage periodic competitor analysis. Develop insights into macroeconomic and industry growth to anticipate trends or threats to the business. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics. 8-10 years of experience in market insights analytics, marketing strategy, and B2B environments. Experience in managing people and strong stakeholder management. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Fluent in English. Based in Sydney. Why Join Us?
