About the Role They are currently seeking 10x Customer Support Officers with HelpDesk experience to join their Contact Centre in either Parramatta, Bathurst, Wollongong OR Newcastle. These are an estimated 6-month temporary assignments, with a potential to extend.
Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of technical resolution contact for all reported ICT related incidents across the different technology units.
Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact, providing high level, professional customer service Respond to inquiries from customers in a high-volume call environment Answer inquiries within a timely and accurate manner Resolve customer complaints Troubleshoot basic ICT hardware and software issues Translate and convey technical information to everyday terminology Follow and comply with Service Now framework Records and database management ensuring integrity, accuracy and confidentiality Adhere to Contact Centre daily and monthly KPI's Ensure compliance with legislative requirements About You Professional and confident with a customer service delivery focus Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite and Service Now ticketing system Superior organisational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines Solid analytical, problem solving and conflict resolution skills Requirements Demonstrated operational service desk or contact centre environment experience Proven Helpdesk or Customer Service experience Experience troubleshooting basic ICT hardware and software advantageous Reliable remote internet access Flexibility to work rotating rosters between 7:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday Willingness to undergo a National Police Check Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment How to Apply Applications will be reviewed within 48 hours of the job posting.
