About the Job: Our client, located in Berrimah, is currently seeking an experienced Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Case Worker for an immediate start.
This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a community services setting, specifically supporting Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
Role Details: Position: Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) Case Worker Location: Boulter Road, Berrimah NT Employment Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate:  $65K- 70K per annum + Superannuation Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive case management to clients experiencing alcohol and other drug issues.
Adapt communication styles and techniques to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
Demonstrate strong administrative skills to maintain accurate client records and reports.
Desired Skills and Experience: Previous experience in a community services setting, preferably working with Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people.
Proficiency in risk management and behavior management strategies.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications: Qualifications in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD), Community Services with case management, or similar Current NT Driver's License (minimum C Class).
Current First Aid Certificate.
Current Criminal History Check Ochre Card (Category E) or evidence of application TRACKS Integrated Services is an equal opportunity employer.
