About this opportunity:
Being experienced and passionate about retail you will be responsible for:
Providing impeccable customer service to all customers. Creating a personalised shopping experience for the Aje customer, by effectively educating the customer on the sustainable fabrics, features, fit, and functionality of the product. Acting as a brand ambassador driven by your love for the brand. Visual merchandising, stocking, and restocking shelves. Processing sales accurately through cash handling and the POS (point of sale) system. Utilising our sales techniques to drive sales and be motivated by meeting budget. Becoming a part of the team, including getting up to speed on the products and brand, contributing to our positive team culture whilst working well alongside your co-workers. You will have: Previous experience working in a retail environment. Exceptional customer service and sales skills. A love for building lasting relationships with repeat customers. An understanding of achieving performance indicators in a customer facing environment. Experience and a proven track record of understanding and achieving performance indicators in a customer facing environment. The love of being a team player. Uses initiative and decision-making skills, whilst ensuring all decisions are aligned to Aje and the boutique. The ability to use initiative when problem-solving and resolving conflict.
