Strategy & Operations Program Manager Australia | Remote
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Strategy & Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, oversee complex programs, and align strategic objectives with organizational goals.
This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and enabling high-impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Program Leadership: Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee multiple projects or larger programs, ensuring they meet business goals and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to guarantee successful execution.
Anticipate challenges, applying strategic thinking to develop preemptive solutions.
Manage program budgets, including resource allocation and cost tracking, to ensure financial efficiency.
Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders, providing clear updates on risks, dependencies, and milestones.
Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing for each program phase to enhance transparency and continuity.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with Strategy & Operations (S&O) priorities and organizational goals.
Influence senior leadership by advocating for resources and process changes based on team insights and analysis.
Build strong influence across teams, empowering members to share perspectives and contribute to decision-making.
Contribute to a culture of collaboration and feedback to promote open communication and continuous improvement.
Model company values in leadership practices, cultivating an environment where these values guide decisions and actions.
Promote a positive and inclusive culture that supports team engagement and productivity.
Operational Excellence: Resolve issues and conflicts efficiently, ensuring program objectives remain on track.
