We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our content intelligence platform, pioneering the future of personalized learning experiences. As the Senior Product Manager for Content Intelligence, you'll be responsible for building and evolving a cutting-edge data platform, leveraging AI and advanced technologies to enrich the Go1 ecosystem with high-quality, well-understood content. This intelligent data layer will drive personalized learning experiences, smarter discovery, and actionable insights—cementing Go1's position as the world's learning expert.

Here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Platform Development: Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Content Intelligence Platform, driving continuous improvements in metadata enrichment, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs to power content discovery and personalization. Metadata Enrichment: Lead initiatives to enhance content metadata, improving our understanding of content and driving more effective search, discovery, and personalization across our platform. Content Quality & Reputation: Own the systems for identifying high-quality content within our marketplace, ensuring that learners access trusted, reliable content that meets their learning needs. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data science and AI to analyze learner feedback, track content consumption, and measure platform performance. Use this data to continuously optimize content quality, search results, and recommendation accuracy. AI-Driven Innovation: Lead the integration of AI and LLMs to enhance our content intelligence platform. Leverage these technologies to gain deeper insights into content structure and meaning, enabling hyper-personalized experiences that match the right content to the right learner. We will be excited about you if: You're a True Product Leader: You have 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on platforms, data, or content. Experience in handling large datasets, search technologies, recommendations, or personalization is highly preferred. Ecosystem Thinker: You understand how products fit into a broader ecosystem, ensuring that the platform integrates seamlessly with multiple teams and systems. You're skilled at seeing the big picture and designing solutions that work across complex, interconnected environments. Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data science and user feedback to inform decisions and measure success. SQL proficiency is a plus. Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional environments, partnering with teams across data science, engineering, and content curation. Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for detail, especially when it comes to structuring and enriching large datasets. In addition to your base salary: Annual bonus or commission plan. Employee Stock Option Plan: Opportunity to share directly in our success through stock options. Public Holiday Swap: Swap a public holiday for another preferred day. Wellbeing & Learning Days: Additional five days paid leave per year. Learning Budget: $500 USD per financial year, plus access to additional Career Growth Budget. WFH/Transport Budget: Monthly allowance for internet/phone expenses or public transport. Home Office Setup Budget: One-off allowance for desk, chair and/or monitor.
