What's the role on offer? Based onsite at Olympic Dam Airport, we are seeking Expressions of Interest for those wanting to break into the Aviation industry or continue their journey and building on their current experience. As the Airport Services Officer you will be responsible for working within the Alliance Airlines Olympic Dam Ground Handling team to promote and achieve safe, timely and efficient ground handling and airport services to our customers. Actively complying with company safety and security standards and documented procedures, your responsibilities include:
Customer Service activities including check-in set up and services Ramp activities including Receipt & Dispatch, Baggage & Cargo Handling, Ground to Ground / Ground to Air Communications Administrative Requirements including Manifest management, Opening & Closing flights in AVANTIK, processing of go-show/no-show passengers, administrative support Assist and Deliver training for new/existing staff as required (subject to approval) Air BP refuelling services and maintenance to the ramp duties What's in it for me? Good physical fitness for lifting up to 32kg Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a team environment whilst following direction from management Supervisor or leadership experience an advantage Does this sound like you?
