Alliance Airlines is currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and team-oriented individual to join our Olympic Dam Airport team as a casual Airport Service Officer.
This position is responsible for working within the Alliance Airlines Olympic Dam Ground Handling team to promote and achieve safe, timely, and efficient ground handling and airport services to our customers.
This includes both check-in and baggage handling duties.
Whilst full training will be provided, the essential skills and personal attributes required include:
A flexible and reliable approach.
Good physical fitness for lifting up to 32kg.
Willingness and ability to work in all-weather conditions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Sound knowledge in using a computer and ability to learn various software packages.
Able to work in a team environment whilst following direction from management.
Supervisor or leadership experience an advantage.
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to obtain and hold Radio Operators Licence.
Ability to obtain and maintain Dangerous Good qualifications.
Able to hold an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC).
Valid driver's licence.
