This will deliver one airport for the people of Western Australia which will host all flight services in a central location giving passengers a seamless, world-class travel experience.Our team is currently looking for an enthusiastic Airport Services Officer.What you'll do:Be the first point of contact for airport staff and contractors working on the Perth Airport estate.Provide excellent customer service.Administer all aspects of access to the airport estate including identification card issuing, record keeping, auditing, reporting, compliance, and cash receipt management through multiple applications.About you:You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and enjoy context switching from one customer to the next. You are resilient and combine a can-do attitude with patience when working with our stakeholders. You can demonstrate your initiative and problem-solving ability whilst working within the Aviation Transport Security Regulations. You're a self-starter who can demonstrate proficiency with current technology and online platforms.
