Find personal and professional growth In your new role as the Airport Operations Coordinator, you'll manage airside and landside airport operations in Dubbo Regional Airport and Wellington Aerodrome and Recreation Park, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations while maintaining the airport's commitment to high-quality customer service.

You'll find growth through: Ensuring the airport and aerodrome are compliant with relevant industry standards, regulations and legislationManaging and coordinating airport facilities, projects and ad-hoc requestsAssisting & developing initiatives to improve efficiency, maintain compliant and safe operations of all activities at the airportAssisting with the implementation of the Airport Master Plan and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring objectives are achievedLiaising, maintaining and developing relationships and opportunities with key stakeholders at the Dubbo Regional AirportWhat you'll bring To thrive in this role, you will need: Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) or the ability to obtainDiploma in Aviation (Management), Leadership and Management or other related discipline or considerable aviation management or airport operations experienceHighly developed leadership, communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated planning and organisation skillsDemonstrated ability to manage airside operations and to ensure compliance with all safety, regulation and compliance requirements in accordance with MOS Part 139 & other legislationExperience in planning and implementing asset maintenance and/or asset management plansDemonstrated experience and commitment to the provision of excellence customer serviceWe would also love you to have:
