We have an exciting and career defining opportunity for an Airport Manager to oversee all operations at our Brisbane Airport location.About the role:As our Airport Manager you will manage the service/distribution operation ensuring it functions effectively and efficiently to maximise profitability while maintaining the highest level of service. Managing and overseeing dual brands at this major airport, you will make sure customer satisfaction, fleet utilisation and profit generation are paramount by exercising independent judgement around day-to-day operations and activities. All service provision and duties will be completed in accordance with established operation procedures and company policies.You will be responsible for managing and leading staff, this will include employee morale, performance, coaching, development, and discipline. Although you will have clear authority within the role, you will also have the judgment and maturity to gain support and approval from a higher level when that is required. Some of the key responsibilities will include:Customer Experience and SalesActively takes ownership, initiates activities, and drives improvements in and individual NPS performanceFacilitates regular communication and follow up for location NPS performanceLeads and ensure management presence during peak/challenging timesOverall responsibility for location results (iRPD/revenue/coaching levels)Ensures location meets monthly RSA/ROA coaching minimumsFacilitates regular management level communication and follow up of counter sales performance, i.e., weekly calls, meetingsAnalyse figures effectively;
