The Finance Business Partner provides high-quality strategic financial guidance and insight for Airport Development Group's business unit, interpreting business needs and translating these into meaningful quantitative and qualitative information which enables the achievement of Airport Development Group's objectives.
The Finance Business Partner is a trusted advisor who builds and maintains stakeholder relationships and brings numbers to life for their business units.

The main duties of the role are:
Business Partnering:
Support and manage inputs into the 5–10-year business model for the business unit and inputs into Pricing and Valuation Models.
Identify opportunities for increased revenue or cost reduction initiatives.
Identify any revenue leakage in aviation charges and support recovery.
Engage with and support the business units in developing robust and realistic budgets.
Support the business unit forecasts process, including: Driver and assumption validation Identification of Risk & Opportunities Early identification of issues to drive turnaround or optimization of outcomes Challenge and provide a balanced view of financial positions Provide input and financial support on business decision-making, including pricing decisions.
Lead the measurement of progress on capital expenditure across the Capital Projects pipeline.
Support the Head of Projects and Project Sponsors in the financial assessment of projects.
Support the Capital Projects team with project performance measurement.
Support a robust capital projects financial forecast and future pipeline.
Adhoc project support.
Reporting & Analysis:
Analyze and track aviation charges vs actual (understanding of a Building Block Model approach).
Consolidate and summarize the status of ADG's capital expenditure.
Track the Capital expenditure pipeline.
Provide analysis on capital projects' financial status vs budget and forecast.
Support preparation of Monthly Business Review (MBR) Packs.
Ensure monthly business unit results are accurate and timely (including accruals and prepayments).
Provide meaningful monthly commentary on variance analysis for budget and forecast.
Deliver insightful and relevant financial reporting to the business unit efficiently and effectively.
Promote an automation and continuous improvement mindset for reporting.
Support commentary and inputs into monthly CFO reports and Capital Investment Committee as required.
Compliance:
Identify issues for referral to specialist areas, e.g., Tax, Insurance, Legal, etc.
Support both external and internal audit processes.
Safety & Compliance:
Identify, assess, and manage risk through the application of ADG Risk Management Framework.
Promote a sustainable and safety-conscious culture by ensuring environmental and safety risks are identified, assessed, and treated.
Cyber Security:
Apply ADG Policy and Guidelines to identify and respond to cyber security threats.
To be successful you will need:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or studying towards).
CA or CPA qualifications (or studying towards).
Demonstrated analytical skills, including a proactive approach to work and providing solutions.
Demonstrated ability to develop positive and professional working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, including the ability to work in a small, dynamic, and fast-paced team.
