TheOpportunity We arelooking for suitable candidates to join our Airport Team as anAirport Administration Officer . The role isresponsible for the provision of high level efficient, effectiveand compliant administrative support to the Manager and othersenior airport staff, as and when directed by theManager.
This role isalso responsible for:
Preparation,coordination, management and quality control of all incomingand outgoing communications and correspondence, includingmanagement of the Airport Inbox; Coordination of diaryand email management including record keeping; Developing, implementingand maintaining Airport processes and procedures asrequired; Provision ofadministrative support for the purpose of managing the Airportscompliance functions, including statutory and managementreporting requirements; Processing of lease andutility invoices, including coordination of the Manager'smonthly credit card expenses; Assisting with frontline customer enquiries (counter and telephone) for the Airportincluding the dissemination of relevantinformation; Managingthe EKRA VIC pass scheme, whilst ensuring regulatoryrequirements are met at all times; Maintaining relevantregisters, Synergy modules and assistance with the review ofPolices and Organisational Directives as required; Assisting in thepreparation of information to incorporate into annual reports,monthly Council Reports and other reports asrequired; Providethe administrative support for the Airport Committee includingthe scheduling of quarterly meetings, setting the agenda,taking minutes and maintaining the records; Coordinate thecommercial leases for various tenancy areas within theairport; Fosterpositive working relationships with customers, the EastKimberley business community, aviation and tourism industries,the local community, all emergency service providers and allairport stakeholders; Provideadministrative oversight of relevant requests and complaintsfrom stakeholders and compilation of requiredstatistics; Coordinate as instructedby the Manager Airports, training of employees and contractorsin accordance with regulatory requirements. A currentadministration qualification and unrestricted WA "C"Class Drivers Licence are essential for this role. You willalso have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positiveworking relationships with a diverse range of people with the aimof meeting customer needs, expectations and business goals; behighly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritisecompeting demands. You will have high level organisational andplanning skills, as well as a great eye for detail; ability topromptly respond to changing situations and make sound decisions toensure ongoing efficient and effective provision ofservices.
