The Role
We are currently searching for a Service/Accounts Administrator to join our Auburn administration team. This is a great opportunity to further develop your administration skills in a diverse role working both independently and as part of a team.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Coordination and dispatching of works and technicians Processing of completed jobs and invoicing Manage and resolve customer queries Manage and resolve creditor invoice queries Requesting invoices from creditors Reviewing technician paperwork Raising quoted works Update internal databases Liaising with accounts payables, accounts receivables, account managers and between other departments Assist with incoming phone calls, greeting visitors and receiving deliveries Other ad hoc administrative duties as required The successful candidate will have experience in administration or accounts and possess the following:
Professional and confident phone manner Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid computer and typing skills (Word, Outlook) High level of organisation and the ability to multitask High attention to detail and time management skills Able to achieve and self-manage deadlines An ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently Flexibility, reliability and be well presented Willing to undergo a national police background check and working with vulnerable people clearance Strong commitment to safe work practices is essential Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 is also required Benefits of Working with Airmaster
