The Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will manage outcomes across several portfolios throughout Tasmania, which includes overseeing all technical, supervisory, operational, customer support and reporting roles.
You will lead and work with a team of tradespeople and support staff to ensure the on-time delivery of the provision of mechanical services across the portfolio as well as ensuring compliance of programmed maintenance and related works within the tender specification, industry best practice, Australian Standards, BCA and local codes.
Responsibilities
Manage a team of field and support staff to provide exceptional service to customers. Ensure compliance with programmed maintenance and related works. Develop, produce and present reports, submissions, and technical communications. Engage in technical sales and support within the commercial and retail building industries. Qualifications
Experience in HVAC, mechanical services, facility management or a related discipline. Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships. Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Excel and office-based databases. Strong commitment to safe work practices. Willing to undergo a police background check. Current Working with Vulnerable People Licence. A flu vaccination and Covid-19 vaccination are also required. Benefits of Working with Airmaster
