Airfreight Export Customer Operations Specialist We have an exciting opportunity for an Airfreight Export Customer Operations Specialist, which has recently become available. This position is located within our airfreight team and based at our Brisbane Airport office. About Us DHL is the leading global brand in the logistics industry. Reporting to the Airfreight Export Manager, you will be responsible for Air freight export operations and customer service. Tasks required include but are not limited to: Communicate and liaise with clients, airlines, transport operators and overseas agents. Advanced use of Cargo Wise. Coordinate shipments for pickup and delivery by transport providers. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email. Source and negotiate rates, receive and coordinate booking and job registrations. Preparing export documentation and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Accurate and timely preparation and issue of invoices. Provide regular updates on arrival details and status reports. Maintain long-term solid relationships with clients, service providers, overseas partners and other relevant parties. Coordinate and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination. You must possess: A minimum of 3 years of freight forwarding/logistics industry experience. A high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision with all tasks. A positive 'can-do' attitude, excellent written & verbal communication skills (in English), and a strong contributor to the team.
