We are looking for a skilled and proactive Airfield Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us navigate the challenges of a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. As a crucial member of our Airfield Operations team, you will manage the amendments to normal airfield operations during infrastructure upgrades and maintenance projects. You will engage with a wide variety of stakeholders to minimise operational impact while ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support Melbourne Airport's capital plans.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce Method of Working Plans (MOWP) in consultation with airfield stakeholders and project teams.
Raise NOTAMs (Notice to Airmen) as required.
Collaborate with internal teams on closures, laydown areas, and disruptive works to minimise impact on operations.
Develop and distribute documentation to inform stakeholders of any operational or infrastructure changes.
Ensure all operational and infrastructure changes are communicated effectively.
Work with the Airfield Operations Technical Lead to ensure clear communication of project information.
Develop aviation documents in line with regulatory standards and Melbourne Airport's processes.
Attend project updates and meetings to inform and improve documentation and communications.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
Knowledge of Airfield Operations, including roles, functions, and processes.
Understanding of MOS 139 regulations.
Experience raising NOTAMs and preparing Method of Working Plans (MOWPs) is highly desirable.
Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
Qualifications or experience in audit procedures are desirable.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey technical information confidently.
Experience engaging and collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders.
