Your responsibilities will include: Based in the beautiful Shoalhaven, this is an exciting opportunity for certifiers and non-certifiers to join an innovative, rapidly growing team.
We are seeking AMEs to perform heavy maintenance activities on the most advanced maritime helicopter in the world, becoming a master of your trade.
In our purpose-built, state-of-the-art facilities, we teardown, repaint, and rebuild the MH-60R (Romeo) fleet to ensure our customers stay ahead of ready.
You will be exposed to:
Entire aircraft deeper level maintenance Intermediate and operational level maintenance Structural repair Incorporation of major modifications Component inspections Squadron support mobile repair Aircraft storage and preservation Aircraft painting Operational test flight support on the flight line About you: If you are a qualified AME Certifier, LAME, or just completed your apprenticeship, this is the career for you!
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Certificate IV or Diploma in Aeroskills (Avionics) Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements.
Rotary wing experience is preferred but not essential – we have an awesome Training team who can take you through types and conversion courses in-house!
If you already hold a Military Aircraft Maintenance License (MAML) – even better!
