Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join their Turboprops team in Brisbane.
This full-time role involves maintaining and servicing PT6A engines, ensuring compliance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards and airworthiness regulations, while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes for their customers.

- Accurately recording progress using ERP systems and maintenance documentation.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for process and operational improvements.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace free from foreign object damage (FOD).
- Prioritising safety and ensuring compliance with workplace safety protocols.
- Collaborating with the team to meet customer-focused objectives.
- Occasionally performing non-destructive testing (NDT) tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will bring: - A passion for aviation and a dedication to providing outstanding service.
- Experience working with PT6A engines in an MRO environment (highly desirable).
- Expertise in engine disassembly, detailed inspection, and reassembly.
- Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures aligned with OEM guidelines.
- Strong knowledge of airworthiness regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency with both manual and automated tools and equipment.
- High attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical manuals accurately.
- NDT experience (desirable but not essential).
- General engineering and machining knowledge (advantageous).
