The work pattern is a day/evening shift rotation and a degree of flexibility with working hours and locations is required.The role will require travel during the initial stages of employment with time spent in Nowra, NSW, to complete initial on-the-job training.ResponsibilitiesAircraft flight-line handling and servicing duties.Aircraft Avionics and component servicing:Ensuring all maintenance tasks are carried out as per the applicable Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) and certified in the maintenance documentation.Removal and installation of aircraft components, disassembly and reassembly of aircraft components.Promoting a safe and healthy work environment by ensuring compliance with EH&S policies and procedures.Preparation and use of aircraft support equipment and inspection, maintenance, servicing, repair and fault diagnosis of components and systems.Experience/QualificationsCertificate IV Aeroskills (Avionics)Ability to successfully interact with co-workers, maintaining productive working relationships to meet team, business unit, and organisational goalsCurrent B2 MAML or the ability to obtain (Desirable)Previous experience working on Rotary Wing Aircraft (Desirable)H135 T3H Aircraft Type course (Desirable)Security ClearanceYou will be required to successfully undergo the vetting process for a Government security clearance (Negative Vetting 1) sponsored by BDA.
