Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for delivering Cabin Cleaning services on behalf of Star Aviation to Airline customers.
Service DeliveryDeliver Cabin Cleaning services on behalf of Star Aviation customers in accordance with the Airlines procedures under the direction of a Team LeaderCleaning the aircraft interior, including but not limited to seats, side walls, ceiling panels, carpet, galleys and cabin lavatorieswaste removallinen changeStock replenishmentEnsure compliance and safety regulations are met to the highest standard at all times and Meeting the On Time Performance of the aircraftRepresent both the Airline and Star to the highest level ensuring customer satisfactionWork either alone or as part of a teamActively participate in undertaking duties in a safe, professional mannerEnsure at all times you act in accordance with Star's guidelines and proceduresManagement of GSEEnsure the safe and secure operation of all equipmentReport equipment malfunction to the Team LeaderWhere qualified, operate Ground Service equipment (GSE) in accordance with correct proceduresDesired Skills and ExperiencePhysically fit and able to perform lifting and bendingA valid Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC), or the ability to successfully obtain one.A valid authority to Drive Airside Card (ADA), or the ability to successfully obtain one.Competent in the operational requirements of Cabin CleaningUnderstanding of the aviation industrySkillsExcellent organisation and time management skillsWorking in a high-pressure environment and to strict timelinesCustomer focus to deliver exceptional serviceAbility to adapt to changing priorities and situationsAble to work well in a fast-paced team environmentHealth and Safety TrainingCapable of Incident Report writing, in plain and clear English #J-18808-Ljbffr
