Additionally, you will be required to close the sales to customers on enhanced system options.
In the Air Conditioning & Solar Sales role, your responsibilities will include:
Answering customer calls and inquiries, providing exceptional service.Assisting in the scheduling of our skilled mobile technicians, utilizing our advanced technical scheduling system.Updating and maintaining accurate database information, ensuring all customer requirements.Gathering comprehensive details regarding jobs and required works, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure sales success rate.Collaborating with the operation team to prepare insightful customer proposals associated with weekly reports on sales performance.Assisting with ordering parts, preparing quotes, and performing accurate data entry.Working hours between 8.00 am and 5 pm on weekdays.To excel in this role, the successful candidate requirements are: A minimum of 5 years of Sales experience, and to demonstrate the ability to handle all tasks from the beginning to the end of the sales process.Proficiency in using Any Computer Program/Job Management Systems, allowing you to adapt quickly to our technical environment.
While having knowledge of Plandroid and Simpro can be advantageous, it is not essential.Strong computer skills, enabling you to generate regular reports accurately and efficiently.A can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment.Excellent time management skills, allowing you to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Outstanding communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
