As one of Western Australia's leading HVAC services providers, with a team of 35 service technicians and over 400 customers, our Service Delivery Team is focussed on ensuring the highest quality HVAC infrastructure maintenance service outcomes.
Due to increased growth, we are looking for a HVAC technician, who has experience in large commercial building mechanical services and central plant HVAC, to assist with service delivery.
What you will do;
Liaise with customers and provide customer relations to minimise customer complaints; and site work and documentation corrections.
Perform inspections, fault finding, corrective maintenance procedures of fixtures and other apparatus associated with air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Review and coordinate services to be maintained/serviced with other trades to minimise clash of services, wastage and reworks.
Oversee the activities of Apprentices and Trades Assistants within the designated site team.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to bring about efficient programming of the work on site.
Ensure that all designated service works are completed in accordance with the contract requirements and works program.

Sound technical knowledge on air conditioning systems.
The ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Exceptional problem solving ability.
An ability to prioritise multiple tasks at once.
High level of WHS standards and safety conscious
Excellent communication.

The applicant must also have all relevant trade and industry license and certificates for working in Western Australia.
