Overall, Role Purpose? The Control Tower Specialist is responsible for the below:? Managing, controlling and developing specific Corporate Customers in accordance with the group business strategy and local business environment to deliver maximum profit and optimize business assets and human resources Accountabilities * Develop and maintain strong existing corporate customer relations and loyalty * Respond to corporate customer RFI, RFQ (Request for Information, Request for Quote) and Tenders * Respond to corporate customer needs/enquiries/complaints * Co-ordinate with different departments to deliver quality service to corporate customers * Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions.
* Assist in account receivable issues * Support a high performance service culture within the functional department.
* Support the management & allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets * Provide input and support constant improvement and optimization of department resources * Ensure Customer commitments are clearly communicated to respective operations – clear business set up process * Report activities, quotes, sales calls and other information through customer database system i.e.
Quoteshop Skills / Qualifications? * Proven background in the provision of supply chain solutions to customers * Proven ability to negotiate at senior management level * Strong commercial awareness and financial literacy.
