We are looking for a motivated logistics professional to join our Export Air division in the capacity of Export Documentation.
This is an exciting position for someone who is looking to commence their career in the Airfreight industry.
This role will involve all aspects of Export Documentation with a strong focus on customer service.
Prior experience in the logistics industry is welcome but not required.
The Role This role is a diverse position which will work closely with our National Operations Manager.
You will assist in the processing and managing of Air Freight Documentation whilst ensuring compliance with regulations and operational procedures.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in the preparation and review of essential air freight documentation, including Air Waybills, commercial invoices, and packing lists. Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the timely receipt and accurate processing of all required documents. Address client inquiries related to air freight documentation, providing helpful solutions and support as needed. Offer general administrative assistance to the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Contribute to the maintenance of strong, positive relationships with customers by demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness. About You Required Experience & Skills Flexible attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage seasonal volumes. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Excellent English verbal & written communication skills. Experience within the logistics industry (preferred but not essential). How can you stand out? Relevant Tertiary Qualification. Experience using Cargowise will be highly regarded. What do we offer?
