About the Position: This position supports the Combat Capabilities Development Command Headquarters (DEVCOM HQ) Business Domain which is comprised of current and enduring organizational competencies required to run the organization. This position is aligned to the Operations competency area. May provide strategic planning of the POM (near-, mid-, far-term) with recommendations to the Director during the review and approval process.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the DE-02 (GS-11) grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) reviewing policy or procedural guidance to support a program mission; 2) developing organizational plans, policies, and procedures; AND 3) reviewing all incoming operational orders, plans and correspondence to determine mission requirements.
