Job Description: Deliver expert service to Service Today customers needing assistance with heating/cooling maintenance and repairs. Lead, mentor, coach, and provide in-field training and feedback to the Service Today HVAC Apprentices. Maintain and promote a high-level service standard, professional, and friendly work environment. Understand and comply with Service Today Work Health and Safety Policy, other company policies, and statutory requirements impacting the position. Job Requirements: Trade qualified for +3 years. An eye for detail and the skills to provide top-quality workmanship for Service Today customers. Well-developed communication skills. Must have HVAC trade experience servicing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and completing installations. A current driver's license and a good driving record. Outgoing, professional, clean-cut, can-do attitude. Previous supervisor experience will be highly regarded. Benefits: Industry-leading remuneration and additional commissions/bonus.
