Master Aircon is a locally owned and operated company based in Ashmore on the Gold Coast, which specializes in the service, maintenance, repair, and warranty of commercial and residential air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, including splits systems, ducted systems, multi-head, VRF, package units and more.As the full-time service manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department, its technicians and equipment, and delivering high-quality service to Master Aircon's customers and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesService Department ManagementCustomer ServiceService Contracts and AgreementsParts & Equipment procurementDepartment Development & ImprovementSystems ManagementQuality AssuranceTechnical Support to customers and staffAssisting the Service Staff & other departments where required.Key RequirementsIndustry Qualification & ExperienceRestricted Electrical License or equivalentManual Drivers LicenseMinimum 2 years industry experience in a similar roleResident of South East QueenslandMaster Aircon is looking for a qualified and experienced service manager with the skills mentioned above, who has a strong and professional work ethic and can work seamlessly with other departments and also independently, to get the job done.
