Community Support Workers - 2+ years experience highly regardedDisability Support Workers - 2+ years experience highly regardedWhat you'll bring to our team! Your ability to develop rapport with clients quicklyExercise your natural empathyBeing reliable and always on time to the client's home.Desire to make lives better for clients in their own home and in the community2+ years experience in community/aged care/disabilityAble to identify and report client care concerns to the Care DesignersA great communicator with strong skills in speaking and writing in English.
