The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Corporate to lead our corporate client development team and drive growth and retention in the corporate portfolio. You will drive this growth and retention through strategic execution, client development and external market engagement.
To do this successfully you will: Develop and execute the corporate new business growth plan in partnership with the Head of Group Growth Source, build, and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the intermediary market Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities, driving awareness and demand for AIA's products Manage the multinational opportunities with pooling network partners and Group office Design and implement the retention strategy for the existing portfolio, including execution against the renewal cycle Support CDM team members in managing their accounts to achieve retention and growth targets Oversee the end-to-end tender process for large corporate opportunities, including strategy, proposal development, and pitch delivery Mentor, coach, and develop the CDM team to enhance their skills and performance Drive continuous improvement in relationship management with brokers and clients, refining the client development model.
