You will apply your extensive experience in family law and your passion for using smart legal technology to ensure that our AI solutions address the specific needs of family law practitioners, helping them to work smarter and more effectively.
Your day-day might look like thisAI Strategy & Roadmap DevelopmentCollaborate within the team to create and execute an AI adoption strategy tailored for the family law sector.Define and oversee objectives and timelines, aligning AI initiatives with LEAP Family Law's goals and the needs of family law clients.Stakeholder Engagement & EducationEngage with family law professionals to understand their needs, challenges, and expectations around AI.Design and deliver training resources, workshops, and user guides to support AI adoption and knowledge-building within the family law community.Implementation & Optimisation:Lead the deployment of AI-powered features within family law matters types in LEAP, ensuring they meet the unique requirements of family law practitioners.Monitor AI feature performance, gather user feedback, and collaborate with product teams for iterative improvements.User Feedback & Continuous Improvement:Establish regular feedback channels with family law clients to identify areas for refinement and enhanced functionality.Track adoption metrics and usage data, using insights to remove barriers to adoption and improve the user experience.Market & Industry Research:Stay informed on AI advancements, particularly in legal tech and family law, to identify trends and assess opportunities.Conduct competitor benchmarking to position LEAP Legal Software as a leader in AI-driven family law solutions.What you'll bringFamily Law Expertise: You have 5+ years of experience working in family law within Australia, ideally as a practicing Solicitor, with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and processes involved in daily practice.Technology and AI Knowledge: A strong understanding of AI technologies and their application within the legal sector.
Experience in implementing tech solutions within a legal setting, and some exposure to LEAP Legal Software is highly desirable.Project Management and Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.Communication and Engagement Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to family law practitioners and inspiring AI adoption.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement processes.At LEAP we're transforming the legal landscape through cutting-edge technology.
