About Our Client: Our client is a forward-thinking established law firm dedicated to innovation and excellence.
Twelve months ago they set up a Innovation division led by the CTO which is building a new legal platform leveraging AI to provide their clients with a range of services on demand.
The Role: As an AI Developer, you will work closely with the CTO to build the new platform designing, developing, testing and releasing the product.
Due to the nature and complexity of the tool you will have access to the breadth of the firm's legal team to allow you to leverage their expertise and build out the IP within the AI driven tool
To be successful you will be an experienced software engineer with strong Python skills and/or Java & .net.
This is a hands-on role and will provide you with the opportunity to build a market leading Legal AI tool.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and integrate applications across Azure cloud and SaaS platforms with a focus on workflow automation.Utilize modern AI services and tools, including Cognitive Services, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Azure cloud integration apps.Build secure, reusable code and optimize applications for speed and scalability.Implement security and data protection measures.Develop and implement methodologies, standards, and best practices.Conduct research and analysis to provide technical insights and recommendations.Test and evaluate new programs and modify existing ones.Deploy quality assurance procedures and troubleshoot technical issues.Collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to gather information on limitations or capabilities.Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Minimum 5+ years development experience.Strong Python, with additional experience with back-end languages such as Java and .NET.Proven experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based integration services, including Azure Logic Apps, function app.Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Flows).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related field.What's on Offer: A highly competitive salary and benefits package.
Salary on offer ranges from $160,000 - $180,000 plus benefits, including superannuation.Remote working - Head office is in Sydney CBD but this role is open to fully remote candidates based anywhere within Australia.Please note only candidates residing in Australia with full Australian working rights can be considered,
