Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled AI Chatbot Systems Tester & Customer Onboarding Specialist to ensure the seamless operation of our RAG-based AI chatbot systems and assist customers with smooth onboarding. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication to support customers and troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Test all components of the AI chatbot system, including workflows, integrations, and RAG pipelines, ensuring reliability and accuracy.Support customer onboarding by explaining technical aspects, assisting with integration, and troubleshooting issues.Utilize your understanding of LLM AI systems, APIs, webhooks, and networks to identify and resolve issues.Collaborate with the technical team to report bugs, suggest improvements, and ensure a high-quality user experience.Generate creative, customer-focused solutions to streamline onboarding and system adoption.Required Skills & Attributes: Technical proficiency with LLM AI systems, APIs, and webhooks.Basic coding skills, preferably in Python, for debugging and minor customizations.Familiarity with chatbot workflows and RAG-based AI models.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions.Problem-solving mindset and ability to generate effective, timely solutions.Attention to detail and ability to document testing processes and outcomes thoroughly.This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI chatbot systems while directly impacting customer satisfaction and system performance.
