Meet your team The Practice Management Group consists of Operations, Information Technology (IT), Finance, Administration, People Experience and Client Experience.
The focus of the IT Services team is to ensure that all employees have the necessary ICT equipment, infrastructure and support to operate efficiently, while enabling automation and innovation.
About the role The role is responsible for developing and implementing new AI and Automation technologies and solutions to transform processes and decision-making across the firm, whilst managing and leading a team of developers, supporting a mix of green fields and legacy systems.
You will deliver business enabling, AI and Automation opportunities; coaching, mentoring and developing frameworks and standards for the team; and providing wider support and maintenance assistance.
Key responsibilities Design, develop, test and deploy AI and chatbot (virtual assistant) solutions that solve real problems such as optimising & streamlining business workflows, improving client experience and satisfaction, and more Develop automation and orchestrations using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Automate, Power Apps, Logic Apps, Power BI) from proof-of-concept to production deployment Responsible for developing application roadmaps as they relate to our bespoke applications and integrations.
Resource management and task assignment of a team of 3 Full Stack and Power Platform Developers; including acting as an escalation point and providing mentoring and coaching Ensure documentation exists for all Applications, Integrations and other Configuration that is supported and managed by the team Ensure that there is no single point of knowledge within the team and everyone is across the full application, integration and configuration stack that is managed by the team Ensure support tickets are accurately assigned and completed within SLA's by team members and all changes follow the Change Request and Approvals process Who we're after Here are the key qualifications, skills and personal attributes we're looking for.
