Join our team as a Senior Pharmacist – Cancer Medication Management, where you will play a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining the Enterprise Chemotherapy Prescribing System, iQemo. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical support, training, and optimisation for iQemo, ensuring its effective use across Local Health Networks, with a focus on services in the Women's and Children's Health Network. You'll maintain a clinical role as a cancer pharmacist within SA Pharmacy, contributing to the broader Cancer Services Portfolio.
About You Qualifications and Expertise:
A Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) and registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Pharmacy Board of AustraliaExperience in paediatric cancer pharmacy practiceTo Be Successful: Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Experience in paediatric cancer pharmacy practice and demonstrated skills in providing professional and responsive services, safety and quality initiatives and training and education.In-depth knowledge of contemporary cancer services and therapeutics, along with a comprehensive understanding of relevant codes of practice and standards.If you're ready to take on a role in a dynamic and collaborative environment to support safe electronic cancer medication management across SA Health, we'd love to hear from you!
