Agronomist

Responsibilities: Develop and plan agricultural project production, including agricultural technology and agronomy schemes.
Implement and manage these schemes effectively.Provide technical guidance and training in the agricultural production technology process.Establish, improve, and execute technical service work standards and business processes.Job Requirements: More than 3 years of experience in planting management in agricultural parks and production bases.Education in agriculture, horticulture, plant protection, or related majors.
Possess a solid professional foundation, familiarity with technical specifications, and proficiency in agricultural facility operation and refined agricultural planting management.Expertise in fertilizer, especially horticultural fertilizer formula design.
