The Role We are seeking an individual who is passionate about agricultural production and the rural lifestyle to take on the opportunity of Agronomist, based in the Dubbo region. In this role, you will work closely with the Central NSW team and become an integral member of a widespread and highly experienced agronomy team that consists of over 65 agronomists. While we are ideally searching for someone who can hit the ground running, candidates with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply.

Developing professional relationships with existing clients by providing advice on the full range of agricultural products and cutting-edge agronomic advice to maximize crop production. This includes plant nutrition, pest management, disease management, and product application techniques through all stages of production.Target new clients by maximizing opportunities for the promotion of agronomic services and other products and services across the Delta network.Assist in the successful running and coordination of field days and farmer meetings.Conduct field demonstrations and trial work for product development in conjunction with key suppliers.Be willing to integrate into the inclusive and tight-knit team environment in Dubbo.Aid in the daily running of the branch, including assisting with customer inquiries and questions.To be successful in the role, you will be required:
The successful candidate must have a degree in agronomy or a tertiary qualification of similar nature and must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in agronomy or a related field.You must have a commitment to achieving team goals, highly developed interpersonal skills, and dedication to customer service.An understanding of the products, seasonal timing, and general requirements of rural producers within the area.Excellent written and oral communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
