This might be perfect opportunity for you.About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Agronomist to join our team.
This role is integral to our mission of delivering exceptional service and support to growers in the Ballarat and broader Victoria region.As an Agronomist with Altora Ag, you will play a crucial role in driving this success.In this role you can expect to undertake the following:Agronomic and Technical Support: Provide expert agronomic advice and technical support to current and future clients.
Collect and monitor precision ag data such as NDVI images and yield maps to help identify production trends and crop health changes.Product Forecasting: Engaging with growers and internal team to seasonally forecast a range of agricultural products that meet their specific needs.Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new clients.Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest industry practices and production techniques to provide cutting-edge solutions to our clients.Field Days and Grower Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate field days and grower meetings to promote best practices and innovative solutions across the region.About Altora AgAltora Ag is a well-established business with divisions in Farming and Post Farm Gate.
Our post farm gate business is expanding.
As growers ourselves, we understand the needs of growers and fostering relationships with the wider grower community to support them in achieving their business objectives.
