The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing farm equipment, vehicles, and machinery.
Main Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and execute preventative and reactive maintenanceDiagnosis and repair of machinery in a timely mannerAssist with the installation and relocation of associated equipmentManage general repair and maintenance of equipment and building as requiredPerform preventative maintenance tasks on a regular basisDetermine tools and equipment needed for individual repair or maintenance jobsMaintain an efficient and up-to-date data recording systemKey Requirements: Hands-on and commitment to the roleSuccessful completion of an appropriate Diesel/Tractor Mechanic tradeProven post-qualification experience in a similar roleProven ability and willingness to work as part of a teamAbility to work autonomously, without supervisionTechnical skill set across a variety of engineering competenciesExcellent time management skillsAbout Arkle Farms: Arkle Farms is a mixed farming enterprise with a strong focus on sustainability and productivity.
