The Role
The role of Management Accountant is to oversee monthly accounting, reporting, and provide insights to support strategic business decisions. Reporting directly to the owner, you will work within a dynamic environment powered by Xero and integrated cloud-based warehouse management software. This role offers a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end administrative functions in a fast-paced setting and contribute to key decision-making within a skilled management team.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise a small team of administrative staff. Oversee accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and credit control. Prepare and deliver monthly profit and loss reports. Provide analysis and insights to support the management team in making informed business decisions. Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in accounting, with 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment. CPA qualification or currently working towards this. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Location
North Coast QLD.
