AGRIBUSINESS MANAGER - Based in Goulburn, NSW In this Agribusiness Manager role, you will:
As the Agribusiness Manager, you will be responsible for pro-active management of Agribusiness relationships providing fully integrated Financial Services solutions through the most cost effective and appropriate channels, and full portfolio management via growth through existing customer relationships, acquisition of new customers and expense management.
Clientele will be mixed farming (cropping and livestock, including cattle and sheep) and will be both simple and complex. Any previous experience across this group within the Goulburn and extended communities will be highly regarded.
What You Will Bring Passion for relationship management and customer service. Banking (finance) and Agri background. Passion to learn and grow in a business development focused role. Experience and enjoyment of all aspects for financial analysis. Drive and tenacity. Day To Day Responsibilities Directly manage a complex portfolio of key clients and influencers. Implement and monitor strategic business plans. Ensure success through understanding our client's unique businesses. Utilise your networks within pre-farmgate and post-farmgate local markets. Maintain and enhance the credit risk profile and profitability of the portfolio. Coach and support the team to ensure efficient high quality customer service.
