Our purpose is to help our clients and people grow.As a result of this growth, we are looking to appoint an Agribusiness Finance Graduate based in our Albury Office.AccountabilitiesOutstanding customer service standards in line with SproutAg values, and the ability to connect with a wide group across agribusiness and the financial services supply chain.Assist with the management of clients/group of clients that are predominately agribusiness/farming operations.Proactive identification of potential new business as well as servicing existing customer needs.Attend to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner and in keeping with established service standards.Maintain strong ongoing client relationships and ensure customer files/records are compliant with legislation and SproutAg policies and procedures.Strong analytical skills including the ability to develop solutions and courses of action and recommend solutions to clients.Communication Skills – ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently both oral and written.Credit Skills – understanding and application of risk analysis, cash flow analysis, client management, evaluation and analysis of profit projections, property valuation and security requirements.Financial Skills – understanding profitability drivers, expense management, and profitability principles.Demonstrated understanding of the business, market and external environment.Understanding and knowledge of Financial Services Legislation requirements.Knowledge/ExperienceTertiary Qualifications in business, commercial or finance preferred.Proactive attitude with the ability to work both autonomously & as part of a team.Be highly motivated and keen to develop a long-term career.Ideally seeking an applicant from a rural background with the desire to connect and assist rural producers.This is a highly valued and excellent career opportunity within the agribusiness sector. Role will be based and located in the SproutAg Albury office.
